Ash is a professional rigger and director of the Rope Dojo in Australia, where he teaches
alongside Scott Haruteru (Yukimura Ryū Certified Instructor).
As a teacher, Ash is friendly and easy to approach, clear and concise when explaining a
concept or technique, and supportive of safe experimentation.
In performance, Ash prefers a less narrative style, utilizing Yagami ryu principles and
techniques to arouse the model’s inner eros/base nature, while subduing their fears and
inhibitions.
The story is one of seduction and transfiguration where, for a brief moment, pleasure and
desire are exalted before all else.
Ash enjoys both the playful fun teasing the tension arising while unlocking rope model’s hidden
fantasies and the deeper work supporting the discovery of self beyond social prescriptions and
cultural norms.
