Shoden Workshop

This certification course is designed for experienced students of the Yagami Style and forms the foundation for the Level 1 (Shoden) Certificate.
Participation is strictly limited.

Ren Yagami combines his masterful knowledge of the Japanese martial art Aikido with the traditional art of Shibari, creating an intense, erotic, physical, and emotional experience.
Drawing from his deep understanding of anatomy and body dynamics, the Yagami Style places great emphasis on body movement and posture—both for health and safety reasons, and as key elements in developing dynamic and energetic sessions.

Martial arts principles shape the structure and flow of the ties, merging into a unique symbiosis of control, efficiency, and mindfulness. This allows bodies to be moved, controlled, and immobilized effectively, safely, and respectfully.

The Shoden Seminars form a series of interconnected workshops focusing on the core foundations of the Yagami Ryū Rigger Certification. These workshops build upon each other, providing participants with an in-depth exploration of the techniques, principles, and philosophy of Yagami Ryū.
They are highly practical in nature, encouraging both personal growth and mutual exchange among participants. The goal is to accompany students on their path toward full certification and to establish a solid foundation in Yagami Ryū.

Graduation at the Shoden level is required in order to continue studying the Yagami Style in depth and to eventually apply for the Instructor Certification.

The number of participants is very limited – Ren Yagami personally selects the students for this course.
